Our Sunday Service

10:30 AM

Church can be an intimidating place to visit — especially if you don’t know what to expect. We invite you to experience what the gospel means both intellectually and relationally at our Sunday Worship Gathering. You can engage with others as much as you want, or remain anonymous if you prefer. We hope that through visiting with us, you will experience the hope, love and joy that comes from a community of people who love Jesus.

First time at West Court Church?

We are glad you want to know more.

We know that attending a church service for the first time can be awkward... Being unsure of what the dress, culture or even when to stand up and sit down can be utterly confusing. At West Court Church, you can expect friendly and authentic people, engaging and relevant music and worship, compelling preaching from the Bible, and an opportunity to encounter God. You will be encouraged and maybe even challenged.

There are absolutely no expectations of you. Don't want to stand? That's okay. Don't want to sing? That's okay too. Don't want to raise a hand or shout an amen during the message? That's okay! At West Court Church we want you to be you, because an authentic you means a more authentic us! Our one desire is that you will join us for a worship experience and ultimately, partner together with us to influence our city!

Authentic Worship

There's music for everyone at West Court Church. We value and recognize that we are multi-generational. That means you'll hear songs that not only current, but you will hear some songs your parents sang, as well as some of the traditional hymns (played with a band or "blended").

Ultimately, it's not about what song we sing or when it was written. We're not performing for audiences of men and women. We sing because we love the Lord. We sing because it centers our hearts for the message of the day. We sing because it creates an atmosphere of unity and inclusion; it's not just one voice, it's many - all proclaiming the person and works of Jesus!

Teaching from Scripture

We believe that practical, relevant teaching is the catalyst for transformation in an individual's life. Scripture is inspired by God, completely accurate and our authority regarding Christian beliefs and the guide for Christian living.

We value Scripture—the Bible—as the basis for understanding who God is and how to orient our lives fully around Him. You can expect that each Sunday morning will include a set-aside time for hearing from Scripture, as well as practical teaching surrounding God's Word.
